Whistleblowing
The Whistleblowing Policy has been adopted by the Board of Directors, providing a channel for employees and other Master Lam Foods stakeholders (such as contractors, suppliers, creditors and debtors) to report any misconduct that may have arisen in relation to business ethics principles.
To report an incident or concern, please send an email to whistleblower [at] masterlamfoods.com . All correspondences will be handled with strict confidentiality
Personal data collection statement
The personal data collected will only be used for purposes directly related to the reporting incident you have notified. Anonymous reports that fail to provide personal data are generally not accepted. Therefore, Master Lam Foods strongly recommends that the report should not be submitted anonymously. The personal data will be kept and kept confidential by the company and may be transferred to the people or organisations of the Group who have contacted the case, including the respondent or other relevant persons or organisations. It may be disclosed to law enforcement agencies or other relevant units. Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (if applicable), you have the right to access and correct your personal data held by Master Lam Foods. If you wish to exercise these rights, the request must be made in writing and sent to Master Lam Foods Enterprise Audit and Risk Management.
